This program is helping to mentor our older players age 13+ who want to be involved in football outside of being player. Part of our philosophy as a club is to work with people off the pitch as well as on it, to increase opportunities within the game.

The aim of our Futures Program is to help our young leaders not only gain qualifications and experience, but also to help them build confidence, social and problem solving skills with the support and guidance of our staff.

We are looking for a sponsor for this program to help not only kit out our young leaders but support their development and help to educate them in a variety of different ways. If anyone is interested in helping out on the funding side through donations, sponsorship or fund raising please let us know.

The wider impact of the Futures Program is immeasurable. Having these great role models for our foundation group is having such a positive impact on the little ones but also a big impact on the young leaders themselves. One of our key aims at CPUFC is to help not only develop our players on the football pitch but as people too.

“Being a good person is just as important as being a good player” and this is certainly shining through with our futures program…the professionalism, enthusiasm and care they show to our really young players is a pleasure to see.
