Welcome to the new CPUFC Season 2024-2025!  

Registration Process

1. Using the Coacha App:
   • We use the Coacha app for registration. If you have received this email, you or your child already have a profile registered with CPUFC on Coacha.
   • Please open the app and ensure all details on your/your child’s profile are up to date, including name, address, DOB, medical records, and two emergency contact details.
   • NB: The registration process MUST be completed before you/your child can take part in any sessions. This is due to insurance cover therefore if you could complete the paperwork by 13th September before we start back that would be a massive help to us in terms of admin load.  Thanks in advance for your help with this 😊

Important: Do not download the new player sign-up form from Coacha as you/your child already have a profile. If you have forgotten your password or are having difficulties accessing your account, please email info@cpunited.co.uk for a reset link.

2. Confirmation Email:
   • Once you have updated the profile, please copy and paste the following wording and email it to info@cpunited.co.uk or simply reply to this email.

By sending this email, I agree that all details (including medical records) held on Coacha are correct and up-to-date.

I agree to adhere to the player/parent/spectator Codes of Conduct in line with the FA Respect campaign and understand that CPUFC has policies and procedures in place to support these codes of conduct. (These can be found both on Coacha and on the website www.cpunited.co.uk)

I am aware of CPUFC safeguarding policies and procedures and know where to access them (again, this information can be found on the club website and can be contacted at Safeguarding@cpunited.co.uk at any time).

 Registration Costs for 2024-2025 Season

• Annual Registration Cost: £65
• Recommended Monthly Donation: £15
• Alternatively, you can make one payment at a Discounted Yearly Fee: £230
• Cumbria Centres Monthly Donation: £5 (for those not attending weekly sessions)

Note: The annual registration cost must be paid by 30th September 2024. If paying per session rather than via Direct Debit/Standing Order, it will be £5 per session. A bank card machine is available at Partington on Saturdays.

FA Registration

This year, the FA requires all our players to register with them as members of CPUFC. Even if you have played in a league previously, please follow the link below to register:

PARTINGTON – Training Starts Saturday 14^th September:

NB: During this season work will be commencing on the redevelopment of Partington Leisure Centre and therefore access/car parking maybe disrupted at times. Further information on this will be forwarded separately.

WEEKLY SESSION DATES: 

LIVERPOOL – Monday 16^th September 6-7pm

BLACKPOOL – Monday 16^th September 6-7pm

SANDBACH – Wednesday 18^th September 4.45-5.45pm

KENDAL – Tuesday 1st October 4.45-5.45 pm

CARLISLE – Sunday 29^th September 1-2pm

 NB: Weekly sessions will NOT run during half term at any of our mid week centres.
